At Ohio Mulch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
